Where is Ha Khau located ?
District autonomy of the Ha Khau (ha khau is the district border of China, the European Cable autonomous ethnic Ne Di Red River, south of the province of Yunnan, bordering the frontier with provinces of Lao Cai, Vietnam. The district has an area of 1,313 square kms and 80,000 people (2002 statistics), is best known as the district railway from Kunming to Hanoi. Li is the district town of Ha Khau (Hekou town), look to the city of Lao Cai in Vietnam.
